Students at W.D. Williams Elementary School recently received a special surprise thanks to the generosity of the Carolina Panthers.

The Panthers donated new backpacks filled with school supplies to help students start the school year prepared and ready to learn. From pencils and notebooks to other classroom essentials, the donation brought plenty of smiles and excitement to students.

The Carolina Panthers continue to make a meaningful impact off the field by investing in schools, supporting education, and showing students that they are cheering them on.

For students at W.D. Williams Elementary, the new backpacks are more than just a place to carry their schoolwork. They are a reminder that a whole team of people care about their success and want to see them reach new heights.

Buncombe County Schools is incredibly thankful for community partners who continue to support our students and schools.

Thank you, Carolina Panthers, for the love you continue to pour into our students. We are grateful to have you as part of the BCS family!
