Teachers dressed as Dr. Suess characters do a zen yoga pose sitting in the serenity room at Estes Elementary

After a high-energy spirit week, teachers and staff at Estes Elementary gathered at a spot where they could recharge. 

A sign next to a Keurig coffee maker that reads "Coffee Completes Me"Friday, the Christos Foundation, in partnership with Biltmore Church and the Estes PTA, transformed a storage room into a serenity room. The space is furnished with a pair of massage chairs generously donated by Rooms to Go, and stocked with classroom supplies, snacks, coffees, and teas.
