At Estes the school counselors practice the habit, synergize because together is better.  School counselors work with students, administrators, teachers, parents and community agencies to implement a comprehensive school counseling program that benefits ALL students on all levels of development to help them achieve their academic, social and personal potentials.  A school counselor holds a Master's degree in counseling and is certified by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.
