First-year BCCI students were treated to a luncheon and tour at Anderson Automotive, giving them a practical look at the opportunities that await them after graduation. We're grateful for partners who invest in our students' futures. #LeadTheClimb

BCEC and BCCI are excited to welcome two new members our team!

We'd like to welcome Dr. Angie Jackson to the BCEC/BCCI team. She will be serving as our new Assistant Principal. Dr. Jackson has over 30 years of experience in education and is a familiar face to many in BCS. Her expertise as a former teacher and administrator will be a perfect fit for our team. She will support our students, staff and schools as we launch the 2025-2026 school year.

Welcome to our new Health and PE instructor, Mr. Chuck Thompson. We are excited to add Health and Physical Education to our campus for both BCEC and BCCI this school year. Mr. Thompson will be collaborating with our BCCI team to incorporate the career pathways that are connected with the PE profession. Students will notice his passion for teaching Health and PE the moment they enter his classroom. #WeareBCS #BuncombeCountySchools #Publicschoolproud #changingpossibilities
